Custom Itinerary
For independent travelers who already know where they want to stay and want the full trip built around it. I map out your hikes, lift strategy, driving routes, parking and pacing day by day so nothing feels rushed, all based on the bases and hotels you have chosen. Custom covers one or two bases. Trips with three or more bases are better suited to VIP.

For travelers who want more than an itinerary.
Concierge is a collaborative planning experience where we build your trip together, one decision at a time.
We begin with one of the most important choices of all: where to stay. Before I recommend hotels or design your itinerary, I'll create a personalised Choosing Your Perfect Base guide comparing the destinations that best match your travel style. We'll review it together before moving on to hotels, daily plans, and all the finer details.
From there, I work with you directly from your first question to your last day in the Dolomites, refining your plans as your trip takes shape, answering questions as they come up, coordinating details, and making sure everything fits together.
This isn't simply an itinerary. It's a personalised planning partnership built around your trip.

How it works
Once you book, I send you a detailed questionnaire covering your travel dates, group size, ages, fitness level, hiking preferences, pace, any hotels already booked, and anything specific you want included or avoided. The more detail you give me the better the plan.
I use your answers to build everything around your specific trip, not a generic template. If you have already booked hotels, I work with those. If you have children or mobility considerations, those shape every recommendation. Nothing is assumed.
You receive your plan within the timeframe listed for your service. If you have questions afterwards, I am here.
